On Thursday 16th July, reception went on their trip to the airport, runway visitor centre. We had an amazing day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. During the day we were able to have a look around the site, view aeroplanes taking off and landing (including the airbus). We also had a tour run by the visitor centre where we saw the magnificent concord and played role-play in an old aeroplane pretending to be flight attendants, pilots, police, fire fighters. We loved seeing concord and the airbus, we were so lucky to see them so close. We also loved dressing up and pretending to be pilots in the flight deck.
