Receptions fun day

What an exciting fun day we've had today in reception and nursery. We have zoo academycoming in to show us his amazing mini beasts. We saw a giant millepede, a tarantula, a leaf insect, a giant lime green stick insect, a giant African snail and a hissing cockroach. Have a look......

We also had fun playing outside, on the bouncy castle, making clay mini beasts and making mini beast masks.

Receptions trip to the airport

On Thursday 16th July, reception went on their trip to the airport, runway visitor centre. We had an amazing day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. During the day we were able to have a look around the site, view aeroplanes taking off and landing (including the airbus). We also had a tour run by the visitor centre where we saw the magnificent concord and played role-play in an old aeroplane pretending to be flight attendants, pilots, police, fire fighters. Sports week day four

Today we have been playing golf this morning, moving around the obstacles, avoiding the sand, water and people, and hitting the ball into the hole. This afternoon we have been playing football in our red, blue, yellow and green teams.

Sports week day 3

This morning we had our sports morning. We did lots of races; running, egg and spoon, bean bag throwing and bean bag balancing. It was a lovely sunny morning. Thank you to all those parents who came and showed their support it was lovely to see you there.




Sports week day two

On Tuesday we had a company come to deliver four multi sports sessions.
We had to do running around obstacles, jumping through hoops, catching and throwing balls, crawling through tunnels, bouncing balls and kicking footballs. 
We had lots of fun learning lots of new skills.


Sports week day one

It's sports week this week! Our first day has been action packed. We have had the chance to do aeroball, fencing, boccia and the climbing wall. Here are just a few photos:
